• Build and manage a Media team for the Mexican market
• Lead production teams for live and recorded shows
• Design and oversee new sports programming formats
• Collaborate with editorial, technical, and production teams
• Manage workflows, schedules, and resources for weekend broadcasts
• Provide creative direction for sports shows and events

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sports media, broadcasting, or television production
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent command of Spanish and English, both written and spoken
• Proven knowledge of the Mexican sports media industry
• Demonstrated ability to create and launch engaging sports programming
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
