Media Coordinator

📋 Description

• Onboard, set up, and manage affiliate/partner relationships; track goals.
• Prepare reports on media partner performance across areas.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual media plans.
• Conduct market and competitor research to spot trends and growth.
• Support initiatives to improve media partner performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize acquisition journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field (preferred)
• 0-1 year client-facing marketing/affiliate experience (internships ok)
• Experience with performance metrics: CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC, LTV
• Analytically driven with strong data skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving and attention to detail
