📋 Description

• Own and drive the transformation roadmap.
• Collaborate Tesco Media with Product & Customer and CPG Partners.
• Deliver tactical and strategic media projects with stakeholders.
• Identify barriers to media scalability and plan solutions.
• Be primary Tesco media POC; liaise with retailer counterparts.
• Develop and deliver training to upskill teams on Tesco Media.
• Drive innovation, data insights, and asset improvements.
• Support launches of new propositions with processes and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Grocery retailer experience.
• Commercial acumen; knowledge of CPGs and retail ops.
• Strong understanding of retail media and digital media.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and project management.
