Media Operations Technician

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end media processing workflows from ingest to distribution.
• Manage video assets, transcoding, and ensure copyright/licensing compliance.
• Troubleshoot media processing issues across ingest, encoding, transcoding, and playback.
• Conduct quality control checks for internal and partner content delivery.
• Collaborate with Content Operations, Localization, Product, and Distribution teams.
• Report to the Manager, Media Operations; Hyderabad, India location.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in video including timecode, frame rate, AV codecs, and formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
• Asset management, storage, and cloud transfers (S3, GCP, FTP, Aspera).
• Experience with MAM systems and digital archiving.
• Knowledge of copyright laws and licensing for digital content.
• Troubleshooting encoding, transcoding, and playback issues.
