📋 Description

• Researches and verifies journalist data; updates the Cision database.
• Ensures data quality and compliance across the database.
• Supports journalists with information on their profiles/entries.
• Addresses client inquiries; maintains timely data accuracy.
• Collaborates with the Media Management Team to update records.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degrees in related areas or related experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in research and/or customer service.
• Fluent German language knowledge.
• Previous database experience required.
• Media industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with data protection guidelines.
