• 2+ years paid social buying for direct response.
• Deep Meta expertise; Pinterest and Reddit preferred.
• Experience optimizing $10M+ across multiple markets.
• AI-driven workflows, automations, and faster outputs.
• Own outcomes; raise problems with proposed next steps.
• Strong conversion tracking and KPI knowledge; MMM a plus.
• Excel/Google Sheets; Looker experience a plus.
