📋 Description

• Media Finance Operations: Support end-to-end media finance workflows (billing, invoicing, payments) across global brands.
• System Optimization: System optimization of Mediaocean Prisma/Spectra, configuring workflows and templates.
• Data Integration & Integrity: Ensure data flows between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy; verify master data and resolve bottlenecks.
• Cross-Functional Partnering: Partner with agency finance, Shared Services, and IT; provide system training and onboarding.
• Reporting & Month-End Support: Produce and analyze media financial reports; support month-end close.
• Automation & Transformation: Implement workflow automations and AI-based anomaly detection for billing validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional Experience: 2-5+ years in agency media finance ops or SSC/BPO environments.
• Niche Software Expertise: Experience with Mediaocean Prisma or Spectra.
• Financial Literacy: Understanding of multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, and AP/AR workflows.
• Data Analysis Capabilities: Advanced MS Excel skills for mass data reconciliation across systems.
• Global Collaboration: Strong English communication across regions/time zones.
