MediaOcean Analyst - Media Finance & Systems Operations

📋 Description

• Media finance ops: billing, invoicing, reconciliations, cash apps.
• System optimization: Prisma/Spectra config per global standards.
• Data integration: ensure data flows between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy.
• Cross-functional partnering: liaison with agency finance, central Shared Services (AP/AR), IT; training.
• Reporting & month-end: prepare media financial reports & assist month-end close.
• Governance & audit: maintain controls and SOX/compliance SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5+ years in agency media finance ops or SSC/BPO.
• Direct Mediaocean experience (Prisma or Spectra).
• Multi-currency billing, reconciliations, AP/AR workflows.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for mass data analysis.
• Strong English communication across regions/time zones.
