MediaOcean Analyst - Media Finance & Systems Operations

📋 Description

• Media Finance Ops: support billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and client cash apps globally.
• System Optimization: configure Prisma/Spectra to global standards.
• Data Integration & Integrity: manage flows between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy.
• Cross-Functional Partnering: liaise with agency finance, SSC, IT; train onboarding.
• Reporting & Month-End Support: produce media financial reports and assist month-end close.
• Governance & SOX: ensure controls and SOPs; drive automation & AI checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-5+ years in agency media finance or SSC.
• Mediaocean Prisma or Spectra experience.
• Financial Literacy: multi-currency billing and high-volume reconciliations.
• Data Analysis: advanced Excel; reconcile and analyze large data sets.
• Global Collaboration: strong English; comfortable across regions/time zones.
