MediaOcean Analyst - Media Finance & Systems Operations

📋 Description

• Support media billing, invoicing, payments, and cash applications.
• System optimization: configure Prisma/Spectra and workflows.
• Data integration: ensure data flows between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy.
• Reporting & month-end: produce media financial reports and assist close.
• Governance & audit: adhere to internal controls and SOX standards.
• Automation & transformation: implement workflow automations and AI checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5+ years in agency media finance ops or SSC/BPO.
• Hands-on Mediaocean Prisma or Spectra experience.
• Strong multi-currency billing and AP/AR knowledge.
• Advanced MS Excel for data reconciliation and analytics.
• Global collaboration with English across regions/time zones.
• Deltek Maconomy ERP familiarity (nice-to-have).
• Power BI or Tableau BI familiarity (nice-to-have).
