Media Finance Ops: End-to-end billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and cash apps.
System Optimization: Mediaocean Prisma/Spectra expert; configure workflows.
Data Integration & Integrity: Ensure data flows between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy.
Cross-Functional Partnering: Liaise with finance, Shared Services, IT; train teams.
Reporting & Month-End: Produce reports; support month-end close.
Governance & Automation: Maintain SOX controls and SOPs; drive automation checks.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2–5+ years in agency media finance ops or SSC/Shared Services.
Hands-on Mediaocean Prisma or Spectra experience.
Strong multi-currency billing, reconciliations, AP/AR.
Advanced MS Excel; data manipulation across systems.
Excellent English; comfortable across time zones.
