MediaOcean Analyst - Media Finance & Systems Operations

📋 Description

• Media Finance Ops: support end-to-end financial workflows across brands.
• Configure Mediaocean Prisma/Spectra per global standards.
• Data Integration: ensure data flows between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP.
• Cross-functional partnering with finance, Shared Services, and IT.
• Reporting & month-end support: produce media financial reports.
• Governance & Automation: maintain controls and automate workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 2–5+ years in agency media finance ops or SSC/ BPO.
• Hands-on Mediaocean Prisma or Spectra experience.
• Strong multi-currency billing, reconciliations, AP/AR.
• Advanced MS Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent English communication across regions.
