MediaOcean Analyst - Media Finance & Systems Operations

📋 Description

• Media Finance Ops: support billing, invoicing, vendor payments, and cash apps.
• System Optimization: act as Mediaocean Prisma/Spectra expert, configure workflows.
• Data Integration: ensure data flows between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy; verify master data.
• Cross-Functional Partnering: liaison between agency finance, Shared Services, and IT; train users.
• Reporting & Month-End: produce financial reports; monitor spend, revenue, variances; support close.
• Governance & Automation: ensure controls (SOX), SOPs; guide automation and AI anomaly detection.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-5+ years in agency finance or SSC environment.
• Mediaocean Prisma or Spectra experience.
• Multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, AP/AR workflows.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data reconciliation and analysis.
• English communication across regions/time zones; Deltek Maconomy familiarity (Nice-to-Have).
