MediaOcean Analyst - Media Finance & Systems Operations

📋 Description

• Media finance ops: support end-to-end billing, invoicing, reconciliations.
• System optimization: configure Mediaocean Prisma/Spectra per global standards.
• Data integration & integrity: ensure data flow between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy.
• Cross-functional partnering: train and onboard agencies into standardized workflows.
• Reporting & month-end: produce media financial reports and assist close.
• Governance & automation: enforce controls and drive automation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5+ years in agency media finance or SSC environment.
• Hands-on Mediaocean Prisma or Spectra experience.
• Multi-currency billing, reconciliations, AP/AR workflows.
• Advanced MS Excel for data reconciliation and analysis.
• Excellent English communication across regions.
