• Support study visits and follow protocols to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Ensure visits are accurate and efficient per trial requirements.
• Assist patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment with follow-through.
• Guide patients through the study journey to attend/complete visits.
• Enter clinical data timely and accurately into required systems.
• Prepare for upcoming study volume and execute smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of professional healthcare/clinical experience.
• Strong communication and sound judgment in fast-moving settings.
• Decisive, solutions-oriented approach; step up when needed.
• High attention to detail; organized across priorities.
• Ability to learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows quickly.
• Nice-to-have: RN/LPN/MA or clinical background.
