📋 Description

• Supports efficient participant flow by completing intake, rooming participants, obtaining vital
• Performs laboratory testing, phlebotomy, EKGs, immunizations, injections, continuous glucose
• Partners with providers and the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to communicate relevant observations
• Coordinates follow-up visits, external appointments, annual and biannual assessments, and other
• Serves as a first point of contact for participant questions and care-related needs, responding
• Maintains accurate, timely, and complete participant intake and clinical documentation within the

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Current Medical Assistant certification or credential as required by applicable state law and
• Current phlebotomy certification.
• Demonstrated ability to perform routine clinical procedures within scope of practice, including
