📋 Description

• Prepare exam rooms and check-in/out; obtain illness history.
• Measure and document vital signs during pre-exam workups.
• Assist with dressing changes and sutures under physician supervision.
• Collect lab specimens and sterilize equipment regularly.
• Maintain clinic logs and keep exam rooms stocked and clean.

🎯 Requirements

• Certification by a medical assistant organization approved by the state board.
• 2 years of Medical Assistant experience with frail/elderly population.
• 2-year degree/diploma in medical assisting.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid cert within 180 days; hire-day CPR/First Aid preferred.
