📋 Description

• Prepare exam rooms for neurology visits; stock and sanitize
• Collect patient histories, vital signs, and medication lists
• Reconstitute Botox and Xeomin for in-office procedures (no injections)
• Prepare and organize supplies, equipment, and specimens for procedures
• Assist with collection of samples for genetic testing
• Document activities and communications in the EHR system

🎯 Requirements

• CMA or RMA certification strongly preferred
• At least 1 year of medical office experience; neurology or specialty preferred
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and communication
• Organized and able to work in a patient-focused environment
• Professional, compassionate, and reliable
