📋 Description

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.
Support outpatient neurology clinic, patient care and flow.
Prepare patient charts with imaging, labs, and documentation.
Carry forward clinical info into provider templates for efficiency.
Load imaging into the RadiAnt image viewer before visits.
Room patients promptly and ensure rooms are ready.

🎯 Requirements

Medical Assistant certification or diploma (CMA/RMA/CCMA)
Experience in a medical office or specialty clinic
Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced setting supporting complex patients
Neurology, injections, phlebotomy, or prior authorization experience a plus
