📋 Description

• Provide live video check-in/check-out support for patients.
• Provide live phone and messaging support for patients.
• Support Care Team including virtual physicians, APPs, and RNs.
• Plan patients' medical needs from outreach to care coordination.
• Assist with orders: send requisition forms and coordinate referrals.
• Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with providers.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of medical assistant experience in primary/urgent/multi-specialty clinic.
• Spanish fluency (read/write/speak).
• Post-interview language assessment; passing score required.
• Medical Assistant Certification or Diploma.
• HIPAA compliant home workspace; company equipment provided.
• All part-time hires must complete 3 weeks of full-time training.
