🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in health plan/customer service or outbound roles.
• 1+ year in a healthcare contact center or outbound environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English with strong grammar.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, scripted flows, and dialer workflows.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
