📋 Description

• Ensure high-quality, patient- and client-centered veterinary care by the team.
• Mentor Associates via coaching, feedback, and case discussions.
• Lead Performance Improvement to address issues and maintain a high-performing team.
• Organize regular doctor and team meetings to foster clinic culture.
• Develop and implement new practice protocols and guidelines.
• Partner with Clinic Manager to deliver excellent client experience and handle complaints.

🎯 Requirements

• DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent
• State licensure in good standing or eligibility
• DEA licensure and CDS certificate if needed
• 3-5+ years clinical veterinary experience
• 1+ year leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and client service skills
