📋 Description

• Lead Chamber’s clinical programs ensuring evidence-based care.
• Partner with Product to design AI-enabled workflows and dashboards.
• Own quality and risk strategy aligned with payer contracts.
• Translate clinical strategy into scalable, measurable systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics on AI tools.
• Drive innovations to improve outcomes and documentation integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO (Cardiology, Internal Medicine, or related)
• 3+ years of clinical leadership or value-based care programs
• Demonstrated success leading interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Experience with quality programs and clinical documentation integrity strongly preferred
• Proven ability to design, test, and implement new clinical programs or technology-enabled workflows
• Strong understanding of payer-provider alignment, outcomes measurement, and risk-based models
