📋 Description

• Serve as a senior clinical leader and addiction medicine expert.
• Partner with Clinical Services to improve quality and patient safety.
• Lead routine review of clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Translate quality findings into scalable clinical workflows.
• Drive adoption of new workflows across a distributed clinical workforce.
• Support expansion into new service lines and care models.

🎯 Requirements

• Board certification in Addiction Medicine with active medical license.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with substance use disorders.
• Experience leading clinicians, programs, or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience scaling clinical programs, quality initiatives, or care models.
• Experience developing and implementing clinical protocols, workflows, and standards.
• Proven ability to lead change and adoption of new clinical practices.
