📋 Description

• Lead peer-to-peer conversations with prescribing physicians to support coordinated care, address
• Own the physician component of the provider escalation workflow, providing timely clinical guidance
• Build strong credibility with external prescribers through a deep understanding of clinical
• Provide physician-level oversight and sign-off for clinical protocols, drug-list decisions, and
• Lead the Clinical Governance Committee and guide P&T-style decision-making as programs expand
• Direct the clinical strategy for specialty and preferred drug list programs.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license; residency training required and
• At least 5 years of clinical practice experience.
• Experience working effectively in non-patient-facing, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to operate independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and help establish a growing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with demonstrated ability to lead credible
