Medical Director - Critical Care

📋 Description

• Lead medical strategy and planning
• Support clinical, marketing, and product strategy
• Peer-to-peer engagement through sales (~70% time): Working with sales to directly engage customers
• Educating the sales team on how to better engage customers (1-on-1 and directly working with sales
• Developing other physician advocates for Ceribell so that these advocates can engage and present
• Peer-to-peer engagement through marketing (10%): Support marketing in engaging different societies

🎯 Requirements

• MD, DO or MD/PhD degree required
• An experienced Neurologist or Intensivist with at least 10 years of experience in industry or as an
• Critical care experience required
• Experience with the Ceribell platform
• Experience and strong knowledge of neurological assessment and acute care workflow – highly desired
• Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities along with good judgment and decision-making skills
