📋 Description

• Lead Performance Excellence clinical outcomes across all contracts.
• Align with Hospital & Health System strategy on shared-savings drivers.
• Own clinical strategy goals with leaders; deploy resources to drive outcomes.
• Serve as a national Clinical Champion.
• Champion value-based care through workflows and initiatives.
• Represent Clinical Voice on strategic workgroups and ACO efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• MD or DO (Doctorate in Medicine).
• Residency in adult primary care (family/internal/geriatric).
• 2+ years direct clinical experience (patient care).
• 5+ years partnering with hospitals/health systems as medical director/strategy lead.
• Board certified in their specialty (ABFM, etc).
• Ability to manage multiple projects within market responsibilities.
