📋 Description

• Assume accountability for the medical care of WelbeHealth participants, overseeing the medical
• Support the development of innovative care pathways for complex conditions to enhance quality of
• Monitor and lead WelbeHealth clinic operations to assure integration of medical services with other
• Participate in the WelbeHealth executive management team to provide planning, budgeting, and
• Provide oversight to Community-Based Physicians, ensuring compliance with PACE regulations and
• Develop and implement clinic staffing and 24-hour on-call schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Successful completion of a residency program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate
• Board certification – internal medicine, family practice, or emergency medicine; geriatrics
• Active State Physician License without restrictions, as well as state CDS certification and DEA
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
• Must be willing and able to participate in rotating night and weekend call
• Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification
