📋 Description

• Lead clinical operations as Medical Director at Garden City clinic.
• Mentor and develop Associate Veterinarians through coaching and case reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent) required.
• State licensure in good standing or eligibility; DEA and CDS where needed.
• 3-5+ years clinical veterinary experience; 1+ year leadership preferred.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and team leadership abilities.
• Focus on client experience, safety, and quality care.
• Willingness to engage in training and Bond Vet programs.
