Medical Director, Oncology (Genitourinary Focus)

📋 Description

• Partner with Senior Medical Director to shape GU oncology clinical strategies.
• Lead studies integrating Natera tech into GU oncology care.
• Recruit PIs and sites; manage trial timelines with Clinical Trial Ops.
• Advise on product development; identify unmet needs.
• Provide post-launch medical affairs support and clinician guidance.
• Represent Natera's medical voice at external events and advisory boards.

🎯 Requirements

• M.D. required; board-certified/eligible in Radiation Oncology preferred.
• Residency training in Radiation Oncology.
• At least 3 years post-residency GU cancer experience as primary treating radiation oncologist.
• Deep knowledge of GU cancer treatment paradigms and workflows.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical trial experience in academic, biotech, or pharma.
• Willingness to travel 40% (primarily US-based).
