📋 Description

• Ensures the delivery of the highest quality (safe, effective, patient and client centered, timely
• Mentors and develops Associate Veterinarians to be their best through side-by-side coaching
• Participates in a Performance Improvement Process to address performance issues if and when they

🎯 Requirements

• Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM/VMD or foreign equivalent)
• State licensure that is in good standing OR eligibility for such licensure. To include all states
• DEA licensure and Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certificate if needed for all states for
• 3-5+ years of clinical veterinary experience preferred
• 1+ years of Leadership Experience preferred
