🎯 Requirements

  • Completion of a U.S.-based residency in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery and a fellowship in
  • MD or DO degree with board certification and a current, unrestricted state medical license; all
  • At least 5 years of clinical practice experience following residency and fellowship training.
  • At least 1 year of experience in managed care utilization review.
  • Membership in national and/or regional specialty societies.
  • Licensure in Arizona, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, or
