📋 Description

• Plan and execute medical education programs across Penumbra product lines.
• Select venues, lodging, catering, and perform site assessments.
• Create course registrations and manage attendee logistics.
• Partner with product team to support marketing messaging.
• Include marketing materials and product models as needed.
• Travel to events and manage setup/teardown.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3+ years of related experience.
• Experience coordinating, organizing, and facilitating training.
• Understanding of HCP interactions and compliance programs.
• Experience in medical devices, pharma, biotech, or regulated industry.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency; accuracy and attention to detail.
