📋 Description

• Coordinate and oversee daily annotation activities across the team, including task assignment
• Maintain and update project tracking tools to provide accurate, real-time visibility into team
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to optimize team productivity
• Facilitate daily or weekly team check-ins to surface blockers, align on priorities, and communicate
• Identify quality issues and escalate, ensure quality improvements are implemented
• Onboard new team members by supporting as appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written); ability to translate
• 2+ years of previous experience in a supervisor role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, consistent output
• Ability to follow structured workflows and repeat processes at scale
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfort working extensively with software tools and computer-based tasks
