📋 Description

• Verify specimens and perform tests as required.
• Analyze clinical specimens per standard methods with minimal errors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lab methods and SOPs.
• Train and guide new staff; oversee daily lab operations.
• Escalate equipment issues and troubleshoot per SOPs.
• Document deviations and update SOPs; participate in improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• Current MT/MLS/CLS/MB certification; ASCP/AMT/AAB preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Experience in Molecular Biology preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of GLP and PHI/HIPAA privacy practices.
