Own end-to-end state licensing process for providers across all 50 states
Manage licensing lifecycle for RNs, NPs, MDs, and DOs, coordinating with boards and internal teams
Proactively resolve licensing issues and maintain up-to-date licensure knowledge
Use Verifiable to track licenses and generate compliance reporting
Maintain accurate licensing data in the credentialing system
Flag and escalate issues to prevent delays in clinician readiness

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 2 years in healthcare licensing/credentialing or related field
Hands-on experience processing state licenses for RNs/NPs/MDs/DOs
Familiarity with multi-state licensing and IMLC
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume applications
Attention to detail and reliable deadline-driven task completion
Experience with Verifiable or similar credentialing platforms (preferred)
