📋 Description

• Management of most administrative tasks of the Medical Affairs Central Europe team, such as
• Leverage AI and digital technologies to enhance operational and educational medical activities to
• Support the medical review of non-promotional scientific (and later in 2027 of promotional)
• Run structured literature searches, maintain a library of publications and congress abstracts, and
• Make sure contracts, agreements with third parties, healthcare professionals and related records
• Coordinate timelines, approvals and process questions with Medical Affairs colleagues in Zug and

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biology, medicine or a related field. The scientific
• Experience in Medical Affairs, pharma, biotech or clinical research (about 2 years or more)
• Working knowledge of industry codes and compliance rules for interactions with healthcare
• Fluent German and fluent English, to work effectively with international and US-based colleagues
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and good written communication. Confident with MS
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial, with can-do mindset and ability and willingness to organize
