Medical Program Lead

📋 Description

• Participate in the development and lead the execution of the medical pre-launch and launch
• Adhere to the highest scientific and ethical standards ensuring success
• Manage medical affairs tactics, support scientific communications, publications and clinical studies
• Provide continuous support to activities and deliverables owned by cross-functional headquarter
• Build and execute global medical strategy and tactical plans (pre-launch and launch)
• Manage engagement of global KOLs in the field

🎯 Requirements

• >8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry (e.g., Medical Affairs)
• Experience with global/regional launch experience is desirable
• Experience and ability to engage with key external stakeholders
• Proven ability to build and execute strategic and tactical medical plans
• Demonstrated ability to accurately and effectively evaluate and analyse medical/scientific
• Developed presentation and communication skills
