Medical Quality Control Manager

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and oversee enterprise-wide healthcare quality assurance and
• Monitor healthcare operations for compliance with National Detention Standards (NDS)
• Conduct routine audits, clinical chart reviews, site evaluations, compliance assessments, and
• Analyze clinical outcomes, healthcare performance indicators, incident reports, grievances
• Develop, implement, and monitor corrective action plans resulting from audits, inspections, quality
• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives focused on patient safety, clinical outcomes, regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Information
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare quality management, accreditation, compliance
• At least 3 years of experience supporting correctional healthcare, detention healthcare, hospital
• Demonstrated experience conducting healthcare audits, chart reviews, compliance assessments
• Experience analyzing healthcare data and translating findings into actionable performance
• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality assurance, performance improvement, patient safety
