Medical Science Liaison

📋 Description

• Establish strong scientific relationships with oncology providers and KOLs in the territory.
• Deliver accurate, balanced education on Natera’s oncology diagnostics and data.
• Travel extensively (>60%) for clinical engagement and conferences.
• Act as SME on oncology disease states and the broader diagnostics market.
• Support Medical Affairs initiatives, including advisory boards and education programs.
• Partner with commercial and clinical teams to support patient care while maintaining scientific integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced healthcare or scientific degree (PhD/MD/PharmD/DNP) with Master’s minimum.
• Prior MSL or Medical Affairs experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics.
• Must reside within the assigned Northern California territory.
• Ability to explain complex genetic testing data to oncology specialists.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining team orientation.
• Willingness to travel to meet with sites and colleagues.
