Medical Science Liaison

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with oncology providers and KOLs in territory.
• Deliver accurate, balanced education on Natera’s oncology diagnostics and data.
• Execute territory plans aligned to Medical Affairs priorities with speed.
• Identify field insights including oncology treatment trends and needs.
• Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in a timely, compliant manner.
• Support Medical Affairs initiatives, including advisory boards and education.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced healthcare or scientific degree with Master's required.
• Prior MSL/Medical Affairs oncology or molecular diagnostics preferred.
• Must reside within assigned territory.
• Technical expertise to explain complex genetic testing data to oncology specialists.
• Experience building collaborative internal and external relationships.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with strong team ethic.
