📋 Description

• Build and maintain high-quality scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, academic medical
• Provide fair-balanced, accurate, and compliant scientific exchange on autoimmune diseases
• Serve as a scientific resource for investigators and support discussions related to clinical
• Develop and execute territory-specific Medical Affairs and KOL engagement strategies, including
• Collaborate with Clinical Development and Clinical Operations to support clinical trials, including
• Capture, synthesize, and communicate high-quality medical insights that can inform medical

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required, such as MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, NP, PA, or
• For the MSL level, a doctorate degree or a master’s degree combined with at least 3 years of
• For the Senior MSL level, a doctorate degree plus at least 2 years of Medical Affairs experience
• Prior experience in cell therapy, CAR-T, immunology, rheumatology, nephrology, neurology
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, clinical development, Medical Affairs functions, and
• Experience engaging academic medical centers, specialty treatment centers, infusion centers

🎁 Benefits

• MSL salary range: $170,000–$185,000 USD annually.
• Senior MSL salary range: $190,000–$210,000 USD annually.
• Actual compensation may vary based on education, experience, tenure, skills, abilities, internal
