📋 Description

• Record patient medical history and health background.
• Document physician findings, follow-ups, and treatments.
• Transcribe verbal orders and medical dictation.
• Create and maintain EHR/EMR system records.

• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance; handle ad hoc tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medical fields or pharmaceutical-related industry.
• At least 1 year experience as Medical VA or Medical Documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and practices.
• Proficient in EHR/EMR systems and able to troubleshoot issues.
• Tech savvy; familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
