Medical Services Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical operations; monitor performance, productivity, and patient outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor clinicians; manage caseloads and provide clinical guidance.
• Deliver medical services with 18 direct care hours/week; conduct evaluations.
• Drive patient progress; monitor goals; adjust care plans and outreach.
• Collaborate with Therapists, OT, and SLP to create Integrated Treatment Plans; involve families.

🎯 Requirements

• Current license in PA/NJ/MD/VA; multi-state licensure.
• Minimum 3 years as a licensed CRNP; 1 year with Blackbird.
• Ability to work in person occasionally for urgent coverage (onsite assessments).
• At least 3 years of administrative or leadership experience in behavioral health.
• Flexible schedule with occasional evenings and weekends.
