Licensed by the NJ Board of Social Work Examiners at LMSW or LISW level.
MSW degree with at least 2 years of community-based experience.
CSWE accreditation demonstrated by transcript or degree.
Home care experience a plus.
Strong English communication, independent work, and time management skills.
Proficient with computers; EMR experience preferred.
