Megapack Field Technician - Memphis

📋 Description

• Own the low-voltage (LV) side of the Megapack fleet, including AC and DC LV systems, 480V auxiliary
• Perform Megapack enable/disable, isolation, and return-to-service procedures in support of
• Troubleshoot Megapack-side faults and alarms in the field, gather logs, data, and photos, and drive
• Act as an onsite point of contact for Tesla Field Service technicians, coordinating access
• Support execution of the daily medium-voltage (MV) switching plan, including de-energizing and
• Perform and verify lockout/tagout (LOTO) and maintain switching and isolation records in accordance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of field service, commissioning, or maintenance experience on utility-scale battery energy
• Hands-on experience with low-voltage AC/DC electrical systems, breakers, and terminations
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, arc flash safety, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Ability to read and work from electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple contractors
• Comfortable working onsite in an industrial/data center and active construction environment.
