📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training.
• Create SCORM-compliant e-learning courses for the LMS.
• Build onboarding, product, systems, and process training using adult learning principles.
• Develop facilitator guides, learner materials, assessments, and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate technical info into learning content.
• Publish customer-facing Help Center articles and multimedia learning assets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in instructional design or learning content.
• Experience with SCORM content for LMS.
• Experience designing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills.
• Experience producing instructional videos and multimedia assets.
• Proficiency with Captivate, Storyline, or Camtasia.
• Familiarity with Agile environments.
