Member Communications Specialist (Contract)

📋 Description

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns in Customer.io per briefs
• Execute member communications across client programs on-time and accurate
• Support cross-channel communications (in-platform messaging and direct mail)
• Maintain campaign docs: audience segmentation, schedules, version tracking
• Coordinate with Product, Compliance, and Client Success for approvals
• Perform thorough QA on campaigns before launch (link checks, rendering)

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or member communications
• Hands-on experience building campaigns in Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, or comparable ESP
• Strong attention to detail, QA and proofreading
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Comfortable executing against defined briefs and direction with minimal guidance
• Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with Slack, Jira, and Google Suite
