Member Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns in Braze (email, SMS, direct mail).
• Collaborate with Client Success to tailor engagement strategies for clients.
• Present campaign performance and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable engagement solutions.
• Create short-form and digital content that makes financial wellbeing engaging.
• Own creation of physical engagement materials from concept to delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in marketing/content/engagement, ideally in benefits.
• Maker mentality: design graphics, edit short videos, and write punchy copy.
• Experience with marketing automation (Braze preferred) and design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe).
• Endlessly creative with backlog of ideas and energy to ship them.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to build client relationships.
• Familiarity with engagement metrics and email/campaign tools.
