Member Experience Associate - Austin

📋 Description

• In-person hospitality role; on-site 5 days a week
• Be the first face visitors see; prep office and stock amenities
• Manage inventory and order supplies for the location
• Plan events and design signage to elevate the space
• Onboard new members into multiple systems for a smooth first day
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Lift up to 25 lbs (repetitive tasks)
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Operate machines / appliances (printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils)
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning per health and safety regulations
• Ensure work areas are sanitary and follow safety protocols

• Hourly pay starts at $21.60
• Fixed hours for stability
• Commuter stipend $150 / quarter
